Carla – Registered Dental Hygienist
Carla is blessed with 26 years (and counting) of dental experience. The dental field is her passion, and her life philosophy is to choose future aspirations wisely and with vigor. During her career, Carla has had some small respites from dentistry to balance her professional career with her most cherished role as a wife to a now-retired army officer of 26 years and a mother to two amazing daughters. Allison, 25, is a second-year medical student, and Ashlee, 23, is finishing grad school for public health in epidemiology. Carla is taking continuing education courses to learn new skills as well as build on her current skill set. Carla also had a three-month stint while she experienced one of the greatest gifts a person could ever receive—a second chance at life through an amazing kidney donation.

Carla met Dr. Adam Vitelli in 2004 while working in Frederick. In early spring  when he contacted Carla to ask if she would be interested in working with him again when he transitioned to Germantown,                                                                             Maryland, Carla jumped at the opportunity. She looks forward to meeting you and expanding our                                                                               dental family.
